How We Ship Your Plants

We ship all plants directly in their pots with their soilless growing medium—except for plant cuttings, orders reaching weight limits, or when bareroot shipping is specifically requested by the buyer. To minimize stress, we do not perform root-washing unless requested, ensuring a healthier plant and an easier transition into its new home.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

 

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days):

    • Sent via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground Saver.

    • FREE on orders totaling $70 or more.

  • Priority Shipping (2–5 Business Days):

    • Sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

    • Recommended for faster delivery or winter orders requiring a heat pad. Select Priority Shipping at checkout.

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Days):

    • 3-Day Express and 2nd-Day Air are available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange express delivery.

Winter Shipping & Cold Weather

During colder months, we strongly recommend adding a 72-Hour Heat Pad and selecting Priority Shipping for all frost-sensitive plants. This ensures your plants remain safe from cold damage during transit.

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Additional shipping and handling fees may apply. If additional fees are required, our team will contact you with available shipping options and costs before processing your order.
