- No return for live plants. We always encourage you to reach out when you need help. But we cannot be responsible for outcomes after 7 days.

- In rare case there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after package arrives within 3 days. We will do our best to assist you with a claim for if plant is damaged or lost during shipping.
