SHIPPING POLICY: Standard Shipping: Applies to plants shipped bare-root, meaning they are sent without pots and with minimal soil attached to the roots. Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Priority Shipping: For faster delivery, shipping with pot and soil upon request, and shipping with a 72hr heat pad in winter, we offer Priority Shipping, which takes 3-4 business days. To use this option, select "Priority Shipping" at checkout and leave a note specifying your preference for shipping with pots and soil. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on weight. No Root-Washing for Bare-Root Shipping: To minimize stress on the plants, we do not perform root-washing for bare-root shipments. This ensures the plants remain healthy and viable during transit. Winter Shipping Considerations: During colder months, we highly recommend adding a 72-hour heating pad and upgrading to Priority Shipping for frost-sensitive plants. This helps ensure their safe arrival and protects them from potential cold damage. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only within the United States. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping and handling fees may apply. We will contact you with available shipping options and associated costs. RETURN POLICY Live Plants: We do not accept returns for live plants. Seeds: If seeds are damaged during shipping, we offer exchanges or refunds. Please contact us to resolve the issue. Damaged or Lost Items: In the rare event of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately within 3 days of the package's arrival. We will work with you to file a claim if the plant is damaged or lost during shipping and do our best to assist you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly.
