You will receive plants **identical to the photos and descriptions provided**, with accurate botanical identifications. All cacti and succulents are shipped **bare-root by default** (without pots or soil). Prior to shipping, we carefully unpot each plant to inspect root health and ensure it is pest-free. Plants are then packed in secure, dry packaging to minimize transit stress.  
**Potted Shipping Requests**:  
If you prefer your plant shipped with its pot and soil, please message us *before placing your order*. Additional charges will apply due to increased weight and packaging requirements.  
**PLANT SOURCING & CARE**  
All plants are ethically sourced, **never field-collected**, and fully acclimated to Houston, TX conditions. They are guaranteed to be healthy, pest-free, and actively growing.  
**Care Instructions**:

1. **Bare-Root Shipping**:  
   - Plants are shipped with minimal soil on roots; no root-washing is performed to avoid stress.  
2. **Order Verification**:  
   - Double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. Errors may delay delivery.  
3. **Winter Shipping Protection**:  
   - **Highly recommended**: Add a **72-hour heat pad + Priority Shipping upgrade** for frost-sensitive plants. Message us if you need further assistance. 
4. **Processing Time**:  
   - Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delays due to extreme weather will be communicated promptly.  
5. **Shipping Destinations**:  
   - **USA ONLY**. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico incur additional fees. We’ll contact you with options and pricing.
