You are getting one of the plants that is in the pictures shown. Plants will be shipped bare-root. ***As plants grow, they may change appearance; flowers are seasonal, and they may not happen when you receive the plant. Be patient and take good cares to your plant, they will reward you with beautiful blooms when they are ready. We are striving to send the most healthy and beautiful authentic plant on your way.

SHIPPING:
1. We ship bare-roots with NO pot and most of the soil removed. We do not wash roots. This practice is too stressful for the plant, and it can cause a huge shock. Poorer outcomes for re-establishment are often reported with plants being root washed or trimmed before shipping.
2. Please double-check your order details and personal info. before submitting order.
3. ***Winter shipping***A 72hr Heating Pad and an upgrade to priority shipping is highly recommended to ensure safe delivery for frost tender plants. The heating pad and shipping upgrade is sold as a bundle in our accessory section of the shop. Make sure to add the bundle to your shopping cart before checking out.
4. We will notify you if shipping postponement is necessary due to inclement weather.
5. WE SHIP USA ONLY. We will take the health and safety of the plant as a priority when it comes to packing and making shipping decisions.

TIPS for NEW PLANTS:
-A copy of "Care Instructions For your new cactus and succulent" from our nursery will be included in your package. Please follow the instructions.
Our recommendation:
**-Do not water your new cactus or succulent for 7-10 days after planting.
**-Do not expose your new plants to direct sun.
**-Do not over-pot your cacti, it greatly increases the chances of rot/death.
**- Use your good judgement and knowledge if you are an experienced grower.

RETURN or REFUND:
-No return for live plants. We always encourage you to reach out when you need help. But we cannot be responsible for the outcomes after 7 days.
-In rare cases there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after package arrives within 3 days. We will do our best to assist you with a claim for if plant is damaged or lost during shipping.
